Fast Track Registration

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) has taken the initiative in Government Process Re-engineering (GPR) and launched the Central Registration Centre (CRC), on the occasion of Republic Day 2016, with the specific objective of providing speedy incorporation related services within stipulated time frames which are in line with international best practices. MCA have issued an integrated company incorporation e-form INC-29introduced by the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules 2015 with effect from 1st May, 2015 to make compliance and reporting easier and convenient for Companies. It is governed by Sections 4, 7 ,12, 152 and 153 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 36 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules 2014.

• This form can be used for incorporating public companies, private companies, one person companies and producer companies.
• Only one form i.e. INC-29 is required for all 5 forms:

:- DIR-3- Application for DIN
:- INC-1 – Application for Name Approval
:- INC-7 – Incorporation of CompanyMOA& AOA
:- DIR-12 – Appointment of First Directors
:- INC-22 – Situation of Registered Office

• Only one name can be applied for approval in this e-form. Therefore, one is advised to duly check the proposed name and follow name availability guidelines, existing trademarks to avoid rejection.
• Only three re-submissions are allowed, but the total period for resubmission is limited to 30 days.
